b) Our designer will make a Logo size and position diagram and send it to you for confirmation

5. Design Package

a) Select packaging method: Electric pencil sharpener typically come in color boxes with product manuals. If you require products packaged in OPP bags, please let us know.

b) Our engineers will provide die-cut drawings for your design.

c) If you have any specific packaging requirements, please inform us additionally.

6. Quote

Once the style/packaging/quality standard are confirmed, we can proceed with quotation. If there are any special product certification requirements, please let us know, and we will provide additional pricing.

2. Confirm Samples: Request samples for quality testing. If no order is placed, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
3. Deposit Payment: Pay 30-50% deposit before mass production begins.
4. Mass Production: Upon receipt of the deposit, the company will proceed with purchasing all materials for production.
5. Inspection: Notify us when mass production is complete for inspection. If you don’t have an inspector, you can entrust us to provide a quality inspection report.

8. Develop New Styles That Need to Open The Mold

A) Pre-Confirmation of Product Functionality, Appearance, Packaging, and Certification:

1. Confirm the basic functions of the product: Rated binding capacity, semi-strip or full-strip, staple model, selection of charging method (power adapter/internal lithium battery/dry battery), charging port (round/Type C), product lifespan.
2. Provide 3D drawings of the product’s appearance for evaluation and quotation by our R&D team.
3. Confirm the packaging method.
4. Confirm which product certifications are required.
5. Confirm quality inspection standards for: 1) Product functionality, 2) Appearance, 3) Testing methods.

B) Mold Development Stage:

Once both parties confirm the product price and mold cost, we will first create a 3D prototype for validation. Upon confirmation of its correctness, we will proceed with mold design. Mold development begins upon receipt of the mold fee and typically takes 45-60 days to complete.

C) Mold Trial and Sample Validation Stage:

After the mold is completed, the following stages of sample validation will be conducted:

First Stage (T1): After trial molding, our engineers will produce 1-3 complete samples to verify basic functionality and validate product dimensions. Any issues found will prompt mold adjustments.

Second Stage (T2): After another round of trial molding, our engineers will produce 3-5 samples to assess the assembly process. Any issues discovered will be promptly addressed.

Third Stage (T3) Pilot Production: Small-scale trial production will be conducted on the assembly line to validate the assembly production process. Any issues identified will be promptly addressed.

Fourth Stage (MP) Shipment: Formal production orders will be processed for shipment.
