3. The Color of The Pen Body
According to Pantone color card number customization, existing styles include solid colors, transparent, and gradient colors.
A) Provide the Pantone color card number or choose from existing colors (it is recommended to choose existing colors if below MOQ).
B) The same color number may have slight color differences between metal and plastic.
C) Plastic can provide color card samples, while metal requires painting or spraying.
D) Custom color samples may incur additional costs. The costs mainly come from material and labor costs.
4. The Type of Ink
Gel pen
Gel pens typically use gel ink. This type of ink combines the clarity and vividness of water-based ink with the smoothness and durability of oil-based ink, providing a smooth and long-lasting writing experience with Gel pens.
5. The Color of The Ink
Ink colors are customizable. Please let us know the desired color, and our engineering department at Weishu will adjust accordingly.
Assembly samples for each color are estimated at $345, and manual assembly samples for each color are estimated at $280. For specific pricing, please consult with us!
The MOQ is 40,000 pieces per color.

Pen Core Tip: Bullet Tip
The tip of the pen core is bullet-shaped. The design of the bullet tip pen core allows ink to flow smoothly and continuously to the pen tip, providing a seamless writing experience. This type of pen core is commonly used in various types of ballpoint pens and is a common and cost-effective choice for pen cores.

9. The Logo on The Pen Body
The logo on writing pens is typically applied using methods such as pad printing, screen printing, or stickers. The printing method for the pen body usually involves screen printing or pad printing.
For the logo color, please provide the Pantone color card number. Logos can be done in 1 to 4 colors, with single color being the most common. We will adjust the ink according to the Pantone color card number.
The positioning of the logo varies depending on the product, but generally, it is printed on a smooth and flat surface. The logo on writing pens is usually printed on the pen clip, while stickers are used for the pen body.
Logo sizes need to be adjusted according to different products. We can recommend the logo size based on the product. We’ll print the design in 1:1 scale and place it on the product to show you the effect. If you need, we can also provide product renderings.
10. Package
Gel pens are generally packaged using blister cards, paper boxes, or OPP bags.
A) Packaging options include white boxes, colored boxes, PVC boxes, blister cards, and OPP bags. The appropriate packaging can be selected based on sales channels and methods.
B) We can provide design services or provide die-cut templates for your company to design.
C) If blister cards or double bubble shells are chosen, existing molds can be used.
D) Special packaging methods may require custom molds, with additional costs.
