2. Product Certification/Testing
We can conduct basic functionality testing, reliability testing, safety testing (EN…), electromagnetic interference testing (EMC…), environmental testing, simulated transportation testing, environmental protection testing (RoHS, Reach, Peach…), and other tests (UV resistance, ink adhesion…)

3. Product Materials
Exterior components are generally made of three types of materials:
A) Plastic material.
B) Sheet metal material.
C) Wooden material for partial use.
4. Product Colors

a) We can provide Pantone color codes for customization.
b) You can choose from our existing color samples.

5.Custom Logo/Design
a) Direct injection molding, spraying.
b) Transfer printing: heat transfer, water transfer.
c) Printing: silk-screen printing, pad printing.
d) Engraving, stickers…
e) Provide logo design drafts.
f) Our designers will create a mockup of the logo size and position for your confirmation.

6.Design Package
a) Our engineers will provide die-cut templates for your design.
b) If there are specific packaging requirements, please inform us separately.
c) Overwrapping machines usually involve individual packaging, meaning one product per outer box.
d) Packaging material selection: Choose appropriate packaging materials, including outer box material, cushioning materials, etc.
e) Determine the style of packaging design based on product positioning and requirements.
f) If there are environmental requirements for packaging, environmental factors can be considered in the packaging design.
Other information confirmation:
a) Choose appropriate power adapters according to different countries/regions.
b) Provide required warning labels.
c) Confirm the certifications, safety regulations, and environmental directives required for each country/region.
7.Quotation
Once the style/packaging is confirmed, we can proceed with production. If there are any special product certification requirements, please let us know, and we will provide additional pricing.

8.Order Process
- Confirm the price.
- Confirm samples: Request our company to send samples for quality testing. If no order is placed, you’ll need to bear the shipping costs.
- Pay deposit: Before mass production, a deposit of 30-50% is required.
- Mass production: After receiving the deposit, the company will place orders to purchase all materials for product production.
- Inspection: Notify us after mass production is completed. If you don’t have an inspector, you can authorize our company to issue a qualified inspection report.
- Send mass production samples.
- Arrange shipping: Provide information to the freight forwarder and arrange for the shipment of the mass production.
- Pay the balance payment.
9.Developing New Styles
A) Confirm product functionality, appearance, packaging, certification, and target price in the early stage.
- Confirm the basic functions of the product: confidentiality level, type of motor, rated paper input capacity, product lifespan…
- Provide 3D drawings of the product appearance for evaluation and quotation by our R&D team.
- Confirm the packaging method.
- Confirm which product certifications are required.
- Confirm quality inspection standards: 1) Product functionality, 2) Appearance, 3) Testing methods.
B) Prototype Stage
- Once the design is complete, proceed with the production of prototypes.
- Assemble the prototype samples into a prototype machine.
- Conduct basic functionality testing and safety assessments on the prototype machine.
- If necessary, provide confirmation to the customer.
C) Mold Development Stage
After both parties confirm the product price and mold cost, a 3D prototype will be created for validation. Once confirmed, mold design will commence. Mold production begins upon receipt of the mold fee, with a typical lead time of 45-60 days.

D) Mold Trial and Sample Validation Stage
After both parties confirm the product price and mold cost, a 3D prototype will be created for validation. Once confirmed, mold design will commence. Mold production begins upon receipt of the mold fee, with a typical lead time of 45-60 days.
After the completion of the mold, the following stages of sample validation will be conducted:
Stage 1 (T1): After the trial mold, our engineers will produce 1-3 complete samples for basic functionality testing to verify effective product dimensions. If any issues are found, mold adjustments will be made.
Stage 2 (T2): After another trial mold, our engineers will produce 3-5 samples to assess the assembly process. If any issues are identified, timely improvements will be made.
Stage 3 (T3): Conduct safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and environmental testing and certification.
Stage 4 (T4) Trial Production: Conduct small-scale trial production on the assembly line to verify assembly production processes. If any issues are discovered, timely improvements will be made.
Stage 5 (MP) Shipment: Proceed with shipment for formal production orders.
