1. Confirm The Below Questions and Select The Staplers You Need
A) Material: Plastic or metal?
B) Capacity: How many sheets of stapler?10/20/25/30 sheets? Others?
C) Staples:24/6&26/6 or No 10?Others?
D) Magazine: Half or full strip?
E) Stapler Style: Power-Saving or Normal?
F) Do you need single stapler or stapler set? If you need a set, pls advise what products you want to combine with.
G) If you are not clear about all the details, just contact with us to get the e-catalog and you can pick up any items you like.
H) Pls confirm all the details before our quotation, Including items no/package way/logo etc. If you need excel to fill all the details, pls contact with us to get the inquiry excel. It will save more time and help to quote to you soon.
I) After confirmed the price, pls provide the qties and quality requirement of the samples that you need. Normally we can offer you our existing products for free, but if the sample qties are a lot and you need to do the samples by your requirement, we need to collect the sample fee. 2. Custom Product Colors
A) You can provide us Pantone color numbers or choose from the existing colors we have. If the products with both metal and plastic material, please pay attention that the colors from different materials will be different.
B) After confirming the colors, for the plastic material, we can make a free color card sample. Metal materials are more troublesome and need to be painted or sprayed. If you need to complete the pre-production samples in accordance with your required colors, it will incur sample fees, mainly from the cost of materials and labor costs, the specific cost is charged according to the number of your samples.
3. Custom Product Logo
A) The color of the logo needs to provide the Pantone color number. The Logo colors that can be customized 1 color, 2 color, 3 color, 4 color. Normally it will be 1 color. We will adjust the ink according to the Pantone card number to meet your requirements.
B) The position of the Logo needs to be adjusted according to different products, and it generally needs to be printed in a relatively smooth and flat place.
Eg: For staplers, we often print in the following locations.
C) The size of the Logo also needs to be adjusted according to different products. We can suggest the size of the logo according to the products. According to the 1:1 design drawing to print logo, and then put on the products to show you the effect. We can also do product renderings if you need. D) Some products can also be used for metal parts engraving/plastic bottom engraving, such as: 102/102A, but it will increase the additional engraving mold cost, about 250USD, the accurate price please contact with us.
4. Custom Product Printing
A) The vast majority of stapler products will not use the printing process, but there will still be printed products. The main ways are thermal transfer/water transfer/screen printing. Thermal transfer printing needs to be printed on a flat surface and cannot be printed on a concave and convex surface. Water transfer printing can be printed on different surfaces, but the process requirements are relatively high, and the pattern is easy to deform on the bent surface.
B) The printing method using heat transfer or water transfer requires a higher MOQ (generally determined by the size of the product), and will generate a pattern plate fee, the cost of a color is basically 150USD.The accurate price please contact with us.
5. Package Design
A) Choose what kind of way to package the product, mainly are color box/double bubble shell/blister card /PVC box.
B) Color box is the most choice among all customers, when you choose what kind of packaging, we can provide you with the following knife mold, you can design on it.
C) Double Bubble Shell/Blister card will be the second choice among all the customers. If the packages are blister card or double bubble shell, pls contact us to offer you our existing mold. If our existing mold couldn’t satisfy your requirements, please provide us die line as below. We need to make a blister mold, and the cost of the mold should be quoted according to the specific situation. The accurate price please contact with us.
D) Some staplers will use the way of color boxes and PVC visual Windows, which although the cost is higher, but you can clearly see the products inside.
Some customers will adopt the design of open color boxes, as shown below：
Such a design can not only see the product but also touch the product, so that customers can feel the texture.
E) PVC boxes are used by fewer customers, if you need such a packaging method, you need to provide us with knife lines. If you need to print on PVC boxes, you need to provide us with design drawings.
F) Color boxes or paper cards need to provide samples, color spray draft can be provided free of charge, refer to the approximate size and color; If you need to machine proofing, you need to pay an additional sample fee around 200USD. The accurate price please contact with us.
If the color box has a spot color, it also needs to be informed in advance, in this case, the price of the color box will be all different, and it is more expensive than the regular four colors.
G) In addition, you also need to provide us with the packing method and material of the inner and the outer box:
- Yellow box or white box?
- Do I need stickers?
- Does it need to be print?
- Four-sided or two-sided shipping marks?
- Is the outer box sealed in I-shape?
After confirming the packaging method, we need to confirm the specific material of the package material. Our regular color box is about 350g thick gray background white, but some customers will have their own material requirements, such as how many grams of white card, the price will be different. This should be asked and informed in advance when quoting.
Our quotation is based on the usual packing method, the price will be adjusted according to the specific situation.
H) Stickers: Does the product have stickers? If yes, please provide design.
Stapler products rarely do product stickers, if there is a monochrome bar code sticker, affixed to the bottom of the product, but at the same time the price is higher, because the need for manual stickers.
In addition, some customers in order to reduce the cost of making color boxes, will use the same color box with different colors of products, so will add a different color dot sticker outside the color box to distinguish different colors of products, of course, you can directly dig a hole on the color box to distinguish the color inside.
I) Pallet: If you need a pallet for shipment, please let us know what kind of material to use. Wood or Plastic. Please contact with us to get the price.

02 If you want to OEM your own designed products, please follow up the steps as below
A) If you have product design drawings, please send us the product design drawings, the format should be CAD format.
If you do not have the product design drawings, please provide us with the samples, we can design according to the sample you provide.
If the product design drawings and samples are not available, please contact with us and provide your ideas and let us help you realize it.
B) Please confirm the product specification, including product size, material, color, paper requirements, annual order quantity or order quantity.
C) Please confirm quality requirements. If there is a quality specification, please provide it to us, which should include product testing requirements. If product certification is required, please provide certification requirements. Please contact with us to get the certificate quotation.
D) Once all the details are provided, we can evaluate the product price and mold fee. if there is a mold lifetime requirement, please inform us.
E) After the product price and mold fee are confirmed and we can arrange a 3D prototype sample to confirm the design rationality. For the plastic 3D prototype, which normally takes 7-15 days. We need to collect 3D prototype sample fee, the accurate price please contact with us.
F) After the 3D prototype sample is confirmed, please place a mold order to us and arrange the mold fee, in order that we can start to open the mold, which normally takes 45-60 days. We will make a mold development schedule for you to check the time. At the same time, please place the order to us.
G) After the mold is completed, there will be T1/T2 products.
T1 is generally the first sample, if there is any problems, the mold can be adjusted, the adjustment time according to the feedback result of T1, generally mold adjustment needs 14 days, and then T2 samples. If there is no problem with the testing mold, pls place the order to us and arrange the deposit and then trial production will be arranged, and trial production will be small batch production. This is to test whether there is a problem with the process of the product. If there is no problem, we will arrange bulk production.
